The Village Council is on the precipice, like many municipalities in South Florida. We need thoughtful leaders, with the value of historical institutional knowledge, and a view of a future governed by the responsible choices the council will make now. It is my true intent to provide you with thoughtful leadership focused on community-based solutions that benefit our Village, Community and Residents.

North Palm Beach is more than a place — it’s a close-knit Village defined by its charm, values, and natural beauty. I’m running for Village Council to ensure that as we move forward, we remain true to the character that makes our community special. Four generations of my family have called North Palm Beach home. It is my desire to preserve the charm that makes our Village so special so future generations can enjoy what my family has enjoyed for 54 years.
My approach to leadership is simple: listen to the residents, find common ground, and make decisions that reflect our Village’s best interests.
I value transparency, respect for others’ views, and thoughtful stewardship of our community resources. My goal is to be the voice of the residents — ensuring that our government remains responsive, accessible, and accountable to the people it serves.
I believe in practical, thoughtful leadership — rooted in listening, collaboration, and protecting the small-town spirit that makes our Village unique.

1. Preserving Village Character
North Palm Beach’s charm and identity come from our unique neighborhoods, open spaces, and small-town sense of belonging. I will advocate for maintaining our Village style of governance and sensible development that respects our environment and traditions.
2. Responsible Growth and Fiscal Stewardship
Sound decisions require both vision and restraint. I’ll ensure that growth aligns with our community’s long-term goals, that every tax dollar is spent wisely, and that we protect the value of living in a well-managed Village.
3. Strengthening Community Engagement
Residents deserve a strong voice in shaping local policies. I’ll promote open communication, accessible meetings, and new ways for residents to get involved in decision-making — because good leadership begins with listening.
4. Supporting Public Safety and Village Services
Our Police, Fire, and Public Works Departments are the backbone of our community. I will continue to support them with the resources they need to keep our Village safe, clean, and well maintained.
5. Managing growth to be consistent with the Citizens Master Plan which was the result of a magnanimous effort by close to 2,000 residents and stakeholders in NPB. This vision was made into a form based zoning code and adopted in 2021. The residents put this forth as their collective vision of the future of NPB and, until the residents say otherwise, serves as our guiding document for future development in our village. I've been actively involved in our community, regularly attending Village Council meetings and speaking up on behalf of residents. Through social media, I've kept neighbors informed about council agendas, resolutions, and issues that affect our daily lives — raising awareness and encouraging action among residents who care deeply about North Palm Beach.
After a successful 40-year career in real estate acquisition, development, management, finance, syndication, and construction project management, I am now happily retired and fully focused on serving our community. The skills I developed throughout my career — managing projects, budgeting strategically, and coordinating teams — will complement the existing talent on our Village Council. After all, diverse talents lead to creative solutions.
I maintain positive working relationships with current council members, the Village Manager, and department leaders. I’ve worked closely with Building and Community Development, Code Enforcement, and Public Works to address issues that impact our Village.
Most recently, I helped bring attention to the challenges surrounding the installation of fiber-optic cables being run throughout our neighborhoods — ensuring oversight and accountability for projects that affect our residents.
I am a firm believer in transparency in government and fiscal responsibility. My goal is to strengthen the connection between our residents and the Council, fostering mutual trust and open communication. I pledge not only to hear you but to listen to you, working together to find practical, community-driven solutions that reflect the wants, needs, and values of North Palm Beach.
